  We just got here from another location since they said that we had to wait for a piece of breast about 40 minutes!!!
  We go every Thursday after our workout. We are not going back to El pollo loco never again!!! This is not the first time that something happens when we go. Last time the girl at the front put all our stuff that it was to go to eat there and the stuff that was for there in boxes to go. Then the time before they forgot the breast and if we wanted we had to wait more time.
  At the location that we are right now is all dirty, tables are full of stains and pieces of food on the table and the sits as well. Not even talking about the floor... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE we really like the food from here but we can't keep coming and wait for the food and get a bad customer service, we are paying for the food, at least we want to feel treated as a customers.
